During operating hours, we have implemented additional precautionary measures which include frequent hand washing, teams wearing face masks at all times, and regular disinfection of all surfaces and areas throughout the day (including all creations presented).
Additional precautionary measures are implemented to keep ensuring the health and safety of our valued clients, teams and community, including limiting the number of people we can welcome in our boutiques at the same time. For this reason, it may be possible that a queue may form outside. We invite you to book an appointment in advance to optimise your Cartier experience.
During this time, you may continue to order online or call us at 1-800-Cartier to place an order with a Cartier Ambassador. We are continuing to offer complimentary delivery; however, due to delivery challenges in some areas, your order may be delayed by a few days.
We are continuing to offer a complimentary exchange or return for your order within 30 days after delivery. Due to the higher volume of orders, the processing of your exchange or return may also experience a delay.
Our Cartier North America boutiques are open and following the recommended guidelines for the health and safety of our clients and employees. At this time, appointments are strongly encouraged when visiting our North America boutiques. You may book an appointment online or call us at 1-800-Cartier to speak to someone regarding your appointment.
