Delivery Timing:

• Same day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 5pm (Monday – Saturday)

• Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered next day

• We will use reasonable efforts to ensure same day delivery in Dubai on orders placed by 5pm every day, except Sundays. Kindly note some creations might need extra time to be fulfilled impacting delivery.

• The final date and delivery time is shared at the delivery step at checkout after entering delivery address and will also be communicated in the acknowledgement email sent after order has been placed.

Other Emirates

Delivery Timing:

• Next day delivery in Other Emirates for orders placed before 9pm (Monday – Saturday)

• Orders placed after 9pm will be delivered next working day

DELIVERY TO CARTIER BOUTIQUES - Complimentary

• Order online or by phone and pick up your creation in a Cartier boutique

• When you are ready to finalise your order, you will be able to select “Ship to a boutique” as a delivery method during checkout

Dubai Boutiques

Abu Dhabi Boutiques

Delivery Timing:

• Next day delivery in Abu Dhabi boutiques for orders placed before 9pm (Monday – Saturday)

• Orders placed after 9pm will be delivered next working day

Please note that personalisation services (engraving, embossing or bracelet adjustments) will not require any additional time.

You can check the estimated delivery time while processing your order online.

• Delivery to any of our UAE boutiques. All locations can be found in our "Find a Boutique" section.

• Delivery is available across all the UAE. Kindly note that Out of Delivery Areas may experience longer than usual delivery times.

• Delivery to hotel receptions is available. Kindly ensure you notify the hotel reception team of a delivery.

• Delivery to work places is available. For deliveries to your workplace, where appropriate, please indicate the Company name in the delivery address.

• Delivery outside of the UAE is not available from this website. In case you would like delivery in KSA, kindly visit our KSA website at cartier.com/en-sa.

• Please note that for security purposes, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or any International Forward Shipping services.

If you purchased your order online while logged in, you may also see more information through your My Cartier account.

If you have provided an email address for your purchase, status updates regarding your order will be sent to your email. If you have not received these emails, please note that order confirmation emails may be caught in a spam or deleted folder; these emails usually do not appear in general email searches and may only appear when specifically searching your spam or deleted emails folders. We recommend searching these additional email sections with your order number to see if your emails may be in these folders.

For security purposes, the receiver registered is required to sign for the Cartier delivery. Please note that some packages will require for you to present an official ID.

If you prefer to have your order shipped to a boutique rather than your home, select “Ship to a Boutique” as the delivery option. Our boutique staff will reach out to you once your order is ready for collection.

At this time, we are able to ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing multiple orders.
