Our phone sales payment methods include options of paying securely through a payment link or a bank transfer. Please note we do not accept cash on delivery.

Please note that we do not offer tax-free transactions on our Cartier e-Boutique. For any tax-free purchases, you may visit our boutiques.

Our boutiques accept the following methods of payment: AMEX, MADA, Mastercard, Visa, cash, bank transfer and cheques.

To check the status of your order you Can log in to your My Cartier account. Alternatively, if you performed Guest Checkout, you will be able to access the status of your order through the "Order Information" section.

Regarding the shipment, after confirmation of your order, your local carrier SAB-Express will reach out to you to confirm the delivery date. They will keep you informed about the dispatch of your order at each step of the process. Orders over 200,000 SAR will be sent with an alternative carrier, in these instances we ask you to contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre information on 800 6100007 or by email at customerservice.me@cartier.com for accurate delivery information.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre as soon as possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to our Conditions of Sale.

Once a creation has been personalised, either through our embossing or engraving services they cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.

  • Delivery is available across the Riyadh region in KSA. For more information, please contact our Client Relations Centre who will be able to advise you on delivery availability in your area.
  • Delivery to hotel receptions is available. Kindly ensure you notify the hotel reception team of a delivery.
  • Delivery to work places is available. For deliveries to your workplace, where appropriate, please indicate the Company name in the delivery address.
  • Delivery outside of KSA is not available from this website. In case you would like delivery in UAE, kindly visit our UAE website at www.cartier.com/ae-ar.
