Please note that we my only accept returns for items that are unworn and in pristine condition, within 30 days of purchase.

We regret to inform that items that have been personalised may not be returned or exchanged.

You may return or exchange an item purchased online or through phone sales by:

Contacting our Client Relations Centre on 800 6100007 or by email at customerservice.me@cartier.com who will be able to support you. A complimentary pick-up service will be provided to return your creation.

Visiting any of our boutiques in KSA. All locations can be found in our "Find a Boutique" section.

If you purchased an item in a boutique, you may return or exchange it in a boutique of your choice in the KSA. Please note that items purchased in the boutique cannot be returned or exchanged via our pick-up service through our Cartier Client Relations Centre.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality check by our teams. The creation must be in pristine condition, within 30 days of purchase and returned with original certificate, warranty card and packaging. Personalised creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our guidance is that your refund will be processed within 15 working days, however this is depending on your bank. In the event of needing a follow up, please contact your bank for further support.
