Orders & Payment

  1. Please call or WhatsApp one of our Ambassadors who would be delighted to assist you in processing your order.
  2. You can pay securely through a payment link by a credit card under your name or a bank transfer only from Turkish bank accounts.
  3. We are able to deliver your creation to any address in Türkiye; next day in Istanbul and 2-4 workdays across the country.
  4. You may return or exchange an item only by visiting any of our boutiques in Istanbul. The creation must be returned by the invoice owner.
  5. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality check by our teams. The creation should be in pristine condition (not used or damaged), within 30 days of purchase and returned with original certificate, warranty card and packaging by the invoice owner to our boutiques in Istanbul. We regret to inform that personalized (engraving and embossing) creations and perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
  6. We are not able to perform exchange and return after the tax-free application process.

Our phone sales payment methods include options of paying securely through a payment link or a bank transfer. Please note we do not accept cash on delivery.

Please note that we do not offer tax-free transactions on our Cartier e-Boutique. For any tax-free purchases, you may visit our boutiques.

Our boutiques accept the following methods of payment: AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, cash, and bank transfer.

To check the status of your order, please call the Client Relations Center.

If you have provided an email address for your purchase, status updates regarding your order will be sent to your email. If you have not received these emails, please note that order confirmation emails may be caught in a spam or deleted folder; these emails usually do not appear in general email searches and may only appear when specifically searching your spam or deleted emails folders. We recommend searching these additional email sections with your order number to see if your emails may be in these folders.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our Cartier Client Relations Centre as soon as possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that we cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been submitted. Processed orders may not be cancelled or modified; you may return your item subject to our Conditions of Sale.

Once a creation has been personalised, either through our embossing or engraving services they cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are considered final sale.

You may purchase a maximum of ten Cartier creations in one order and a maximum of three creations per reference. To discuss special or larger orders, please contact our Client Relations Center, where an Ambassador will assist you with your purchase.
