Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we may only accept returns for items that are unworn and in pristine condition, within 30 days of purchase. We regret to inform that personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may return or exchange an item purchased through "pay by link" or in a Cartier Boutique by visiting any of our boutiques inTurkiye . All locations can be found in our "Find a Boutique" section.

In case of a second exchange of the same creation, the order will be refunded to allow a repurchase

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality check by our teams. The creation must be in pristine condition, within 30 days of purchase and returned with original certificate, warranty card and packaging. Personalised creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our guidance is that your refund will be processed within 15 working days, however this is depending on your bank. In the event of needing a follow up, please contact your bank for further support.
