Delivery Timing:

Next day delivery in Istanbul for orders placed before 8pm
Orders placed after 8pm will be delivered 2 days later.

Other Cities

Delivery Timing:
4-5 day delivery in other cities for orders.

Please note that personalisation services (engraving, embossing or bracelet adjustments) will require 1 additional day.

Delivery is available across Turkiye. For more information, please contact our Client Relations Centre who will be able to advise you on delivery availability in your area.

Delivery to hotel receptions is available. Kindly ensure you notify the hotel reception team of a delivery.

Delivery to work places is available. For deliveries to your workplace, where appropriate, please indicate the Company name in the delivery address.

For safety reasons, deliveries will only happen in buildings and houses equipped with CCTV. Cartier reserves the right to deliver to courrier pickup point if address provided is not equipped with CCTV.

Delivery outside of Turkiye is not available

We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you are ordering more than one item, we suggest you place a separate order for each purchase.

For security purposes, the receiver registered is required to sign for the Cartier delivery. Please note that some packages will require for you to present an official ID.

To check the status of your order, please call the Client Relations Center.

If you have provided an email address for your purchase, status updates regarding your order will be sent to your email. If you have not received these emails, please note that order confirmation emails may be caught in a spam or deleted folder; these emails usually do not appear in general email searches and may only appear when specifically searching your spam or deleted emails folders. We recommend searching these additional email sections with your order number to see if your emails may be in these folders.
