RETURN OR EXCHANGE TIMING
Purchases made outside of the above-mentioned holiday period may be returned or exchanged within 30 days following delivery.
Once received, your return or exchange may take five to seven business days* to confirm its unworn, pristine condition with our quality control inspection process.

All returns and exchanges must originate within the country of purchase; Cartier Client Relations for North America may assist with both Canadian and United States purchases.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITH CARTIER BOUTIQUES
You are also welcome to visit a Cartier retail boutique in the United States to process your exchange or refund. Orders placed via Cartier.com or the Client Relations Center may be returned or exchanged in a boutique. Please note that the item must belong to a current collection, as we do not exchange discontinued pieces.
Creations purchased in Cartier boutiques within North America may be returned for a refund or merchandise credit within 30 days to the boutique from which it was originally purchased. Merchandise credits are only available for boutique orders.
To find more information on your boutique, including store hours and location, we encourage you to use our Find A Boutique tool. In order for us to provide the best service possible, we recommend booking a boutique appointment prior to your visit.
CREATION CONDITIONS
Cartier creations eligible for return or exchange must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them in the original packaging, including the warranty and authenticity certificate. The original sales slip must be included. Cartier will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
Engraved, embossed, personalized, special order, or made-to-order creations cannot be returned to Cartier for exchange or refund.
LOVE Bracelets: When returning or exchanging LOVE bracelets, please ensure that the screwdriver is secured in its pouch in the lid of the box to prevent scratching of the bracelet during transit.
Timepieces: Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
