From a coffee bean, Cartier has created a radiant collection of absolute elegance. Creations that combine the glamour of the 1950s Côte d'Azur with the radiant beauty of Grace Kelly. Inspired by the heart of the Maison’s stylistic vocabulary, the collection is based on two cherished elements at Cartier: flora crafted in gold, and the ordinary made precious.

An Evolving Savoir-faire
Playing with tassels, multiplying sparkle and shimmer tenfold: the jewelers' objective was to combine mobility and allure. With an eye for detail, 30 craftsmen were involved in the creation of this collection, and over 60 prototypes were required.

The Grain de Café design/motif first appeared in the Maison’s repertoire in 1938 under legendary Creative Director Jeanne Toussaint. It became an icon of jewellery in the 1950s, when it was adopted by newly crowned Princess Grace of Monaco, taking its aura of glamour and sophistication even further in the global imagination.
