Standard delivery is complimentary with all cartier.com or 1-800-Cartier orders. Additional time may apply to some limited selections.
EXPRESS DELIVERY: 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS
Express delivery is $35 per order or complimentary with Cartier.com orders over $500 when available.
If the express delivery option is not available upon checkout, it may mean that additional time is required to fulfill, process, and ship your selection.
Please note that express delivery may take additional time if you have requested personalization or adjustments. In such cases, an Ambassador from Cartier Client Relations will contact you to propose other arrangements.
SATURDAY DELIVERY
When available, complimentary with all cartier.com or 1-800-Cartier orders.
With this option, deliveries will be made exclusively on Saturdays. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will try again on the following Saturday.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
Estimated dates for delivery will be shown at checkout and emailed to you after your order acknowledgement; however, these dates are subject to change based on availability. If the estimated delivery date is beyond the above timing, it is likely because your selected creation is not readily available, and we have begun the process of searching for and acquiring the item from another location.
HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS TIMING
Any noted dates regarding delivery in time for holidays are calculated using the express delivery option for readily available items. To ensure your creation will be ready in time for your special occasion, we recommend placing your orders before these dates, allowing enough time for potential payment reviews, carrier holds, or other unexpected circumstances which may cause delay.
