Notwithstanding anything to the contrary provided for herein, Cartier reserves the right to refuse, cancel and terminate orders at any moment in time for legitimate grounds. For example, Cartier may refuse, terminate or cancel your Service Order if there is an on-going dispute concerning payment of a prior order or if Cartier suspects that you have violated these Conditions of Service or any laws, or if the law permits so, or in case of counterfeited products, or in case of reasons beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure.

In the event that Cartier cancels a Service Order, any and all indemnifications are excluded and you shall not have any claims against Cartier, its agents, affiliates and employees.
