During this time, you may continue to order online or call us at 1-800-Cartier to place an order with a Cartier Ambassador. We are continuing to offer complimentary delivery; however, due to delivery challenges in some areas, your order may be delayed by a few days.


We are continuing to offer a complimentary exchange or return for your order within 30 days after delivery. Due to the higher volume of orders, the processing of your exchange or return may also experience a delay.

Our Cartier North America boutiques are open and following the recommended guidelines for the health and safety of our clients and employees.
