Returns & Exchanges

Please note that we may only accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn and in pristine condition.


Items that have been personalized, special order, and made-to-order creations cannot be returned to Cartier for exchange or refund.


Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.


You may return or exchange your Cartier creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Cartier will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Creations purchased online or through the Client Relations Center may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale.


Only creations purchased online may be returned or exchanged through the online process. Purchases made at a Cartier boutique may be returned at a boutique.


You may return your creation to Cartier within 30 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card.


If you wish to return or exchange your purchase with the Client Relations Center, please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid Fedex shipping label. We strongly recommend you keep note of your return tracking number which is located on the label itself.


Returns and Exchanges by Mail

Should you wish to make a return or exchange by mail, please contact our Client Relations Center to make arrangements. A Cartier Ambassador will provide you with a Return Authorization Number, which must be noted on the Return Form included in the original shipment.


For security purposes, when mailing any Cartier creation, please simply address the package to "RTC" and do not indicate Cartier or the contents of the package on the outside.


Boutiques

You may also return or exchange your creation at a Cartier boutique in the United States for merchandise credit only. No refunds will be issued through Cartier boutiques for online purchases.

All items returned must pass a mandatory Quality Control examination, and you will be notified of the examination results. It may take up to 14 business days before the refund is credited back to your original payment method.

You may choose to exchange or return an item that was gifted to you and purchased online or in a Cartier boutique. In the event of a return or an exchange for an item of a different price, any remaining amount will be automatically reimbursed to the original purchaser.


Please kindly note that the original purchaser will be notified of any changes to their original purchase. Please contact our Client Relations Center, where one of our Ambassadors will assist you with your request.

Cartier will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or altered from its original condition in any way.


Engraved and personalized Cartier creations cannot be returned to Cartier for exchange or refund.


When returning or exchanging LOVE bracelets, please ensure that the screwdriver is secured in its pouch in the lid of the box to prevent scratching of the bracelet during transit.
