Standard Delivery

If you choose Standard Delivery, your Cartier creation should arrive within three days from the date of your order. Complimentary Standard Delivery is offered for all orders.


Express Delivery

If you choose Express Delivery, your Cartier creation should arrive within two business days from the date of your order. This service is provided on request, subject to the availability of the Cartier creation ordered. If the express delivery option is not available upon checkout, it may mean that additional time is required to process and ship your selection.


Please note that express delivery may take additional time if you have requested personalization or adjustments. In such cases, the Client Relations Center will contact you to propose other arrangements.


Next-Day Delivery

If you require next day delivery, please contact a Cartier Ambassador at 1-800-CARTIER and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.


Holidays & Special Occasions

Any noted dates regarding delivery in time for holidays are calculated using the express delivery option for readily available items. To ensure your creation will be ready for your special occasion, we recommend placing your orders before these dates, allowing enough time for potential payment reviews, carrier holds, or other unexpected circumstances which may cause delay.

If you purchased your order online while logged in, you may also see more information through your My Cartier account.


If you have provided an email address for your purchase, status updates regarding your order will be sent to your email. If you have not received these emails, please note that order confirmation emails may be caught in a spam or deleted folder; these emails usually do not appear in general email searches and may only appear when specifically searching your spam or deleted emails folders. We recommend searching these additional email sections with your order number to see if your emails may be in these folders.

Please note that in the interest of security, an adult over the age of 21 must be present at the delivery address to accept the package.


At this time, Cartier can only accept delivery addresses within the United States of America. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels.

If you prefer to have your order shipped to a boutique rather than your home, select “Boutique Pick Up” as the delivery option.

Orders placed on this site can be delivered only in the United States. If you would like your order to arrive elsewhere, you will need to change your Cartier site country.

Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.


For standard delivery, your creation should be delivered within three business days.

For express delivery, your creation should be delivered within two business days.


Delivery may take longer if you have requested engraving or bracelet adjustment. For further information, please check our Conditions of Sale.


If you require a faster method of delivery, please contact our Client Relations Center, where an Ambassador will look into how we may accommodate your request.

Shipping fees are based on the value of your order including sales tax.


Standard delivery: Complimentary with all cartier.com orders.

Express delivery: $35 per order or complimentary with Cartier.com orders over $500 when available.

At this time, we are able to ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing multiple orders.
